No! We make constant updates to our software, add new features and you get it all for FREE! Because Pepper is hosted on the cloud, once she's installed on your browser whenever we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account!
  Is my personal Facebook account safe?
Yes! We developed Pepper to ensure that your Facebook profile flies under the radar so that you never get triggered or flagged for automation.  Pepper is a Chrome extension that lives on your browser and so because of that, the only way that Facebook could ever know that you are using her is if you do something that behaves like a bot.  That's why we've developed her to work slower than a human would to ensure that your profile never gets flagged.
  How long are your contracts?
There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use Pepper month to month, and cancel at any time you'd like!
  If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?

  If I cancel my Pepper account, will I lose my data?
As with most "software-as-a-service" platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
 Can I integrate my favorite 3rd-party apps with Pepper?
Although, we think it'd be a great idea to be able to integrate different 3rd party apps into Pepper, right now, she does not yet have this functionality.  That is one the Feature Requests List and we are working on getting this feature installed into a later version of Pepper!

  Do I have to install anything?
No! We created Pepper as a Chrome extension that lives on your browser so no need to install anything!  Just sign up, login and let Pepper do her thing!
  How many friend requests can I send per day?
Because Pepper interacts directly with Facebook, we never know how many friend requests are "safe" to send out each day.  That being said, we've found that up to 50 friend requests per day hasn't ever caused an issue in getting an account flagged so we limited Pepper's ability to send more than that each day.
  How many welcome messages can I send per day?
This again ties back into attempting to decipher Facebook's bots and what they are looking for to flag accounts.  We've found that 20 Welcome Messages per day is more than sufficient to get the results you're looking for and still keeps your profile safe.
  Can you handle the data load?
Yes! Because Pepper is hosted on the largest public cloud cluster in the world (powered by Amazon) we are set-up on auto-scaling no matter how much data we need, it will all be safely stored in the world's strongest and safest servers. Your data is safe with us!
  If I don't like Pepper, how do I cancel?
Simply login to your account, click on your account settings and click "cancel my account". No need to call, email, or talk to anyone!
